Loved the end result that smelled clean, but not like normal intense carpet cleaning. They easily got out a few stains we had and every looked wonderful. They staff was efficient, on time and courteous. We would definitely use them again!

This company was very professional and cleaned my carpets beautifully. The two young men that came to my home were clean-cut and friendly and responsive. They listened well and did exactly what I needed. They got spots out of my carpet and educated me as well. I would highly recommend this carpet cleaning company

The two men that came out were very nice and even arrived early. I had much higher expectations due to the number of 5 star reviews. there are still a ton of dirty spots that were overlooked. I can’t really tell a difference between before and after, so I hope it’s cleaner than it looks. I should’ve gone with one of the higher quotes I received- you’ll be better off doing the same. I thought it may have gotten better as it dries but that doesn’t seem to be the case.

Awesome to work with. They are super easy to book with and fast to get you in. Jed did awesome! Cleaned my sectional, It looks so good now, and no nasty chemical smell!

This was my first experience with this company. From the moment I called and spoke with Leanne, to the two young men, Jed and Max, that came to clean our carpets, I have been impressed with their service, professionalism and their efficiency. And to boot, the carpet looks amazing. I definitely plan on using TruRinse again.

I am so pleased with this service. I felt very comfortable with the technicians in my home. They worked so hard and my carpets look beautiful. They also cleaned my air ducts and did a thorough job! Use this company, I have had a great experience every time.

Jed and his coworker were awesome with addressing our questions, getting the carpet cleaned quickly and explaining their process and any further treatment needed for removing the cat urine we were treating. The carpet looks and feels great and it’s nice to know that they used safe products for our family with quick-drying results. I’ll definitely use their services again when we need further cleaning and treatments for our carpets, couches or curtains. I only give 4 stars because I’m not sure how effective the cleaning process was to prevent our cat from peeing on the carpet.

Our carpets look and smell like new! Andrew and his partner were pleasant, patient with our puppy and toddler, and worked hard to get the job done. Afterward, we remembered a spot under a rug and they didn’t hesitate to get the equipment back out and take care of it. They also left us with some spot cleaner so I could take care of an orange cheese handprint my daughter left on her upholstered rocking chair. They went above and beyond. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend their service and will definitely use them again!

Thank you! My carpets look amazing! We have a 1 year old grandson and a dog. It was important to us to find someone who uses clean products with No chemicals or strong smells. They were very professional and kind. They were respectful of my home. I love how they use wall corner guides for the hose’s to get around my house without damaging my house. I would totally recommend these guys.

This was my second time using TruRinse. The first time the restoration company called them. I’m glad I kept them in mind because my basement flooded again. And this time I didn’t want to go through a restoration company. I called these guys to lay new padding, stretch the carpet and professionally clean it. Jorden and Hendrick did an amazing job and they were super quick. I’m so glad I called TruRinse. It would’ve taken me hours to do what they did and I still wouldn’t have saved much. The price I was quoted was actually more than what they actually charged! I’ve never had a contractor do that. They could’ve pocketed the extra $100 and I never would have known. From beginning to end they have customer experience in mind. They had shoe coverings already on when I opened the door. And when they were doing the cleaning they used corner coverings to protect the walls and floor from scratches from the hose. Hopefully I won’t need them for flooding again but I’ll definitely be calling TruRinse for my carpet cleaning. Thank you!

The process this company uses is awesome! My carpets look amazing and with no residue! The tech was friendly, thorough, and did a fantastic job. Their spot cleaner is also amazing and I've had excellent results. All without harsh chemicals. Would 100% recommend them and won't use anybody else.

We started having this company clean our carpets when they were VCS. They were wonderful then and even better now. Their technician, Jordan, was very personable, professional and listened to our concerns and needs before he started cleaning. He was thorough and efficient. He also made some recommendations to help us keep some high traffic areas clean and scotch-guarded our chairs and hallways. The carpets look as clean as the day they were installed. TruRinse leaves you with a bottle of their stain remover that is all natural. We highly recommend this company.
