I’m a college student renting a basement apartment and TruRinse was with in my price range. They went far beyond my expectations in cleaning our carpets. Matt the carpet cleaning expert that came to our house was super friendly and explained how their carpet cleaning system works as he was cleaning. They used corner guards as to not scratch our walls. At the end I was so impressed I left him a tip, which he said was two much and gave half back. I don’t know about all the employees of TruRinse but if they were all like Matt the world would be a better place!
Wow! I just had my carpets cleaned by TruRinse and they look like they are brand new! I have several monkeys, I mean children, running around and there were so many spots and even paint on my carpet. My wife and I want to thank TruRinse for the best carpet cleaning we have ever had. We had a competitor talk us into signing up for 3 cleanings with the 4th one free and each time they came they could never remove the darkened traffic areas and the carpets were getting dirtier faster in between cleans. Great customer service – GREAT carpet cleaning. I tried to tip them and they wouldn’t take it! I went downstairs to check on things and I found two industrious clean cut young men busily removing several red stains from a punch spill four years ago – and they did not charge extra! I will be recommending them to my friends, to you reading this and I’ll be using them again. Oh and the price – a great deal!
I called TruRinse to clean my carpets today after a friend gave me a glowing recommendation. I never knew when I made the appointment that I had hired a miracle worker! I was having my carpet cleaned for the peace of mind of knowing that my new granddaughter would be crawling on a clean floor. I told Matt not to work himself too hard because I wasn’t expecting much because of the years of abuse. I expected that my carpet would look better, but when Matt left the carpet looked amazing; just like he told me it would when he started! He told me before he began that there were some stains that he may not be able to remove, but he worked his heart out trying to, and even succeeded with each stain but one. He worked super hard and didn’t stop at my expectation of “better”, but went on to exceed my expectations by leaps and bounds. Thank you Matt for your hard work and my fabulous nearly new carpet!!! I can’t wait to have TruRinse back this summer to do the rest of my house!
I was so impressed by these guys! Scott and Kyle made our 6-year-old carpets look almost new again. Those stubborn stains that the machine from the grocery store could not take out, GONE. These guys arrived right on time. My hall clock was chiming as the door bell rang. They moved the furniture, like they said they would, and cleaned up after themselves. I have a client who is a Property Management company, and I will be recommending these guys to them!

My two year old got a hold of my bright pink lipstick and decided to paint our brand new carpet!! We had TruRinse come out to clean the interior of our car. The stains on the seats from our four year old and two year old boys were pretty awful; pen marks, popsicle stains, spilled milk – you name it we had it! I never thought it would come clean. TruRinse came to our house and spent over an hour working on the car. The finished product was remarkable. It looked better than the day we bought it. It dried quickly and smelled like new. We couldn’t be happier. Scott and Jake were an absolute pleasure to work with. They were so friendly and polite. They wanted to make sure I was 100% satisfied with the finished product. This is my story, I had my grandchildren over and one of them (I don’t know who) got a hold of a laundry bleaching pen and used it on my carpet. You can imagine how I felt as it was right in the middle of the main room. I heard your ad on KSL by Scott and Maria and called your company. Matt came out tonight and he was able to dye the carpet in the spot that had been discolored by the bleach pen. TruRinse did an excellent job on our carpets. The carpet on our stairs had not been cleaned for quite a long time and needed it badly. I was not expecting much from the cleaning because the Stairs had been cleaned before by other companies and had not looked much better after the cleaning. I was amazed when the stairs were done, they were clean, the dirty gray traffic area was gone! Wow! The technician was also on time, polite and friendly.

I heard an ad on KSL radio for your company and thought I would give TruRinse a try. The special was a price in my budget, so I gave the number a call. All I can say is amazing! You have two very fine employees – Scott & Jake. I was very impressed with their friendliness and team work. They came to my home to day to clean a very dirty carpet and it has never been this clean. The gray rainbows are virtually gone. The two workers went over the dirty areas several times until they felt it was clean. I The tile in the kitchen was also cleaned. Again, amazing! Another thing I appreciate is that they weren’t in a hurry to get in, get it done and leave. They asked me many times if it looked good and if I was pleased with it.
