Today I had Maxx and... Jed, and they did a fantastic job!!! Made sure to pretreat the numerous pet issues in the carpets and suggested to protect it afterward after removing stains and odors so easier to clean the next time which I thought was the GREATEST IDEA EVER!!! Carpet all looks brand-new and smells DELICIOUS!!! TruRins is the ONLY carpet cleaning I ever hire, and one other note is I had them clean my tile in my bathroom and the grout came out bright white like it had just been installed. So, HIGHLY recommend them and have been using them for at least 10 years now.read more

I always use True Rinse.... I have been very satisfied with their service and their technician. They do a fabulous job and a really good job when they cleanl upholstery. I only use them where as I used to use others who had great deals but not anymore . True Rinse has great deals too but even if they didn’t , I would still only use them . I have never had any issues with them and they have always cleaned up after themselves. I’m a lifer!!!😊read more

This is the second time... we’ve hired this company and they’ve gone above and beyond both times. We had Andrew clean our carpets today and he was so positive, professional, attentive, and generous. The carpets look amazing. He was able to get crushed slime out of our master bedroom carpet and toddler urine out of my daughter’s bedroom. 😂 You would never know how much my kids abuse these carpets based on these “after” pictures. Oh my word these guys... are awesome! I heard about them from a friend who does daycare and decided to give them a try (i have used other in the past, usually disappointing-zerorez was sadly the worst)... I asked for the same technician she used (Jacob) just to be on the safe side, but was assured all their technicians are great ;).... these guys were kind, professional, fast and my carpets look BEAUTUFUL! After a huge Easter party, we had silly putty, baby food pouch splatter, throw up etc, i mean my carpet was rough! So got i called the next day lol! They were able to come out when i needed and really did a fabulous job! Thankyou sooo much!!! Supernice that they cared they did their job they didn't add any extra fees, not for anybof those spots, nothing! Way to run a good business!:)read more

I was amazed at the... results! You could see it with one stroke! Matt and Kaleb came out to clean my sectional that was SO dirty from my husband and toddler! They did an excellent job and it looks brand new! I wish I would have taken a before picture to show how amazing they did! While they were there, I asked them about an area rug I had. They were very knowledgeable about it and had no problem adding a cleaning service for it last minute! I couldn’t believe the difference it made! They also showed me how to upkeep my sectional and rug in between cleans and what to do if something spills on them! Added bonus: NO CHEMICALS!
