The attention to detail... with a vacuum, spray solution, a carpet rake to work out any trouble areas and the cleaning process is far superior to a company that spells their name forward or backwards the same. Love their up front pricing… compared to the service fees on top of “specials” that others have had. Technician was clean, wore booties, was respectful of my time and questions I had. This is the second time... we’ve hired this company and they’ve gone above and beyond both times. We had Andrew clean our carpets today and he was so positive, professional, attentive, and generous. The carpets look amazing. He was able to get crushed slime out of our master bedroom carpet and toddler urine out of my daughter’s bedroom. 😂 You would never know how much my kids abuse these carpets based on these “after” pictures.
