Welcome to TruRinse®. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website and services. By accessing our website or scheduling services with TruRinse, you agree to these Terms.

1. Company Information

TruRinse provides residential and commercial carpet cleaning and related floor care services throughout Utah.

2. Services

We provide services including but not limited to:

  • Carpet cleaning
  • Upholstery cleaning
  • Area rug cleaning
  • Tile and grout cleaning
  • Pet odor and stain treatment
  • Commercial floor cleaning services
  • Laminate floor cleaning
  • Carpet repairs/stretching
  • Carpet retail 

All services are subject to inspection. Results may vary depending on fiber content, age, prior damage, staining, and other factors.

3. Estimates and Pricing

All quotes provided online, by phone, or via form submission are estimates only.

Final pricing may change based on:

  • Actual square footage
  • Level of soiling
  • Presence of pet urine contamination
  • Specialty fibers
  • Excessive staining
  • Furniture moving requirements
  • Additional requested services

Customers will be informed of any pricing adjustments prior to service completion.

Promotional offers (including but not limited to “3 Rooms for $119”) are subject to limitations and may:

  • Apply only to standard-sized rooms
  • Not be combined with other offers
  • Be modified or discontinued at any time

4. Payment Terms

Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept approved forms of payment, including major credit/debit cards and other methods listed at the time of service. Returned payments may be subject to additional fees.

5. Cancellations and Rescheduling

We request at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Failure to provide proper notice or failure to provide access to the property may result in a cancellation or trip fee.

6. Customer Responsibilities

Customers agree to:

  • Provide safe and reasonable access to the service area
  • Secure pets
  • Remove fragile or valuable items
  • Ensure utilities (water and electricity) are operational
  • Disclose known pet accidents, prior damage, or specialty fibers

TruRinse is not responsible for damage to items not removed from the work area.

7. Stain and Odor Disclaimer

Not all stains or odors can be removed.

Permanent stains, color loss, fiber damage, or subfloor contamination may prevent complete removal.

Pet urine contamination may require additional treatment beyond standard cleaning.

Wicking (the reappearance of stains) may occur after drying.

8. Satisfaction Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with your service, you must notify TruRinse within seven [7] days of service completion.

We may, at our discretion:

  • Provide a re-clean of affected areas

Refunds are not guaranteed and are determined at the sole discretion of TruRinse.

9. Limitation of Liability

TruRinse is not liable for:

  • Pre-existing damage
  • Improper installation
  • Shrinkage, color loss, or fiber distortion
  • Wear patterns or traffic lane discoloration
  • Damage resulting from improper prior cleaning

To the fullest extent permitted by law, TruRinse’s liability shall not exceed the total amount paid for the services rendered.

10. Website Use

All content on this website, including logos, branding, text, images, and trademarks, is the property of TruRinse and may not be reproduced without written permission.

Users agree not to:

  • Submit false information
  • Misuse contact forms
  • Attempt to interfere with website functionality

11. SMS and Email Communications

By submitting a form or scheduling services, you consent to receive:

  • Appointment confirmations
  • Service reminders
  • Follow-up communications
  • Billing requests
  • Promotional messages (if opted in)

Message and data rates may apply. You may opt out of SMS communications at any time by replying STOP.

12. Privacy

Your use of this website is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your information.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Utah. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in Utah County, Utah.

14. Force Majeure

TruRinse shall not be liable for delays or failure to perform due to events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:

  • Severe weather
  • Natural disasters
  • Equipment failure
  • Government actions

15. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our website or services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
