How It Works
Our referral program is a great way to save on your next carpet cleaning while sharing the TruRinse difference with your friends and family. When you refer someone using your unique referral link, you and will receive 10% off your future cleanings. This discount can be combined with current specials and promotions, and is automatically tracked through our customer database. Multiple referral discounts can not be stacked during the same cleaning visit; only one 10% referral discount per visit.
Once your friend books and pays for their first cleaning, your discount will be marked as “Earned and Ready” and automatically applied to your next invoice. You can access your referral link through any quote, invoice, or job reminder you’ve received from us, or contact our office for help.
Have multiple friends to refer? You’ll earn a separate 10% discount for each one, applied to different future cleanings. If a referral happens without the link, just let us know who referred you and the address, and we’ll take care of the rest!

How to Access and Share Your Referral Link
Click the tab below to choose your preferred method.
Step 1: Click this link, or button provided throughout this webpage, to access your Client Portal.
Step 2: Enter the email address associated with your TruRinse account.
Step 3: Check your inbox for an email from Jobber. Open the message and click the link inside to access your Client Portal.
Alternative Option: You can also access your Client Portal by clicking on any quote, invoice, or job reminder email from TruRinse. This will take you directly into your portal—no need to enter your email or wait for a new link.
Step 4: Once you’re in the portal, look at the left-hand menu. Scroll to the bottom and click “Refer a Friend.”
Step 5: You’ll be given options to share your referral link via text or email. A unique referral link will be generated that you can send to your friend or family member. Once they book and complete their first cleaning, you’ll receive 10% off your next one!

How much can I save by referring someone?

Can I combine the referral discount with other promotions?
Yes! The referral discount can be combined with current specials and promotions, giving you even more savings.
How do I refer someone?
Each TruRinse customer has a unique referral link. You can find yours by clicking on any invoice, quote, or job reminder, which takes you to your customer portal. You can also access the customer portal by clicking on a “Login to Client Portal” button within this web page.
From there, click the “Refer a Friend” button on the left-hand menu to access and share your link.
Can I stack multiple referral discounts on one job?
No, referral discounts can’t be stacked. If you refer multiple people, you’ll earn one 10% discount per referral, but they will be applied to separate future cleanings.
What if my friend doesn’t use my referral link?
No problem! Just have your friend let us know who referred them and provide your primary address. Our office can manually connect the referral.
When will I receive my referral discount?
Once your referred friend books and completes their first cleaning and payment, your 10% discount is marked as “Earned and Ready” in our system. It will be applied to your next invoice (you won’t see it on quotes or job details, just the final invoice).
How do I know if I have a referral credit available?
Feel free to call our office, and we can check your referral status. It may also show in your Jobber customer portal, but we’re happy to confirm for you.
