I called up TruRinse and they got to me so quickly! The upholstery and carpet was so professionally and thoroughly cleaned and they got the smell out! They double checked the hard to reach places and they even subjected themselves to multiple sniff tests to verify. Truly dedicated and brave professionals. It was like it never happened. I am so grateful for their quick response to a mother in need and now the family can breathe again! I highly recommend them for their incredible work and friendly service!

From starting with customer service, quote and scheduling to finishing with the service performed by Enoch and Payton I would highly recommend TruRinse. Both VERY knowledgeable not just in what they were doing but aftercare as well. They took the time to talk to me about my concerns, kind with my dogs, and educate me on so many things I didn’t even know. 3 years since our carpets were cleaned because I was on the hunt for a nontoxic solution and I found it!
