However, your customer account will receive a $99 credit that can be applied toward future cleanings. And don’t worry—our team will send reminders and reach out multiple times to help you schedule your appointment before the deadline.

Yes, you can absolutely gift the Black Friday promotion to someone else. When you purchase the deal, you’ll receive a unique order number. Simply share your order number with the person you would like to gift it to, and they can use it when scheduling their cleaning. Once the cleaning has been completed and the order number is redeemed, it becomes invalid and cannot be used again for another job.

No, the Black Friday special applies only to carpet cleaning and cannot be exchanged or substituted for other cleaning services, such as cleaning area rugs, upholstery, tile, or laminate flooring.

Yes, minimums do apply. The Black Friday promotion guarantees 4 rooms of carpet cleaned for $99; however, minimum service charges vary by location. Minimums for properties located in the following locations are as follows:

Utah County – $99

Salt Lake County – $119

Davis and Weber County – $150

You can easily reach the minimum by adding another carpeted area for $40 per room (up to 200 sq. ft.). We also provide carpet repairs, area rug cleaning, upholstery cleaning, tile & grout cleaning, and laminate floor cleaning, all of which can be added to your service to help meet the minimum charge while giving your home an even deeper clean.

No, the Black Friday special does not apply to wool carpet. It is only valid for synthetic carpet fibers such as nylon, polyester, and similar materials. Wool carpet is excluded from the promotion and will be priced separately.

We consider one room of carpet to be up to 200 square feet. Rooms smaller than 200 square feet are not combined to count as a single area. Please note that hallways and standard staircases may each count as one area.
